Police in San Diego are hunting for two men who stole 300 pairs of Victoria's Secret knickers in an afternoon raid.
The thieves targeted a store in Horton Plaza shopping mall at 4.45pm on Wednesday (November 28), NBC San Diego reports.
Detectives said that one suspect pretended to browse the store, while another held a shopping bag open at an underwear display. The first man scooped around 300 pairs of knickers into the bag before the men left separately.
Staff at the shop were not aware any merchandise had been stolen until the disturbed display was noticed. Around half of the underwear had been removed from the stand.
The theft was caught on CCTV, which is being examined as part of the investigation. READ MORE

The event was coordinated by wedding planner to the stars, Mindy Weiss, who previously organized the weddings of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, Hilary Duff and Mike Comrie, Fergie and Josh Duhamel.

I thought my moment had passed," Perry said in an interview with Jon Stewart at Billboard's Women in Music event Friday in New York City.READ FULL STORY
In his now-infamous YouTube video, Angus T. Jones said he didn’t want to be on CBS’ Two and a Half Men anymore because the religiously-minded actor thinks the show is “filth” — and he may yet get his wish.
Though The Hollywood Reporter is citing sources saying Jones plans to finish out his contract and remain with the show to the end of the season, it’s possible producers could fire him for his disparaging behavior, much like they did Charlie Sheen two years ago.
Jones may not miss the show: His girlfriend, the Hollywood hanger-on known as “Stalker Sarah,” told Celebuzz that the 19-year-old had been itching to quit anyway in order to go to college and that the show is expected to end after the current tenth season anyway. But if the producers do decide to fire him early, they’ll face the dilemma of how to write Jones’ Jake Harper off the show.
Here are some possible scenarios.
1. Kill Him. That’s how they got rid of Sheen’s character, so you can’t put it past the Men team to do the same with Jake. It wouldn’t be hard; he is, after all, a recent Army enlistee. Then again, Charlie Harper was an aging reprobate with a history of bad behavior, so there was some karmic appropriateness to his demise. Jake is just a stupid kid. Killing him may be too cruel — or too real — even for this show.
2. Replace Him. Not with another actor (the Bewitched/Roseanne gambit doesn’t really work anymore) but with a similar character. Again, that’s sort of what they did when they replaced Sheen with Ashton Kutcher. Of course, it’s rare for a show to get away with that move twice, though Cheers did it twice, M*A*S*H did it three times, and ER (not a sitcom, of course) did it many times. It’s far from clear that Men fans have such an emotional attachment to any of the characters that they would be outraged to see them replaced.
3. Send Him Away. Jake has shown talent as a chef and a propensity for Jackass-like extreme stunts. Give him a career in either of those fields, and he can always be too busy traveling to appear on the show. Or have him date Rose’s (Melanie Lynskey) niece; maybe she’s a stalker just like her aunt (who hounded Charlie Harper to his death and sank her clutches into Kutcher’s naive Walden this season). And given that Jones is currently dating a teen known as Stalker Sarah, there’d be a shiver of the art-imitates-life meta-ness that the show has always thrived on.
4. End the Show. Not likely, since Men remains the third highest-rated comedy on TV (after The Big Bang Theory and Modern Family). Still, it’s an expensive show to produce (given its three top-earning stars), it’s generally assumed to be past its creative peak (no surprise, after 10 seasons), and it could be more headache than it’s worth.
5. Do nothing. Jake’s hardly on the show now anyway. His interaction with the other characters usually amounts to little more than one scene a week of Jake calling in from the Army base via Skype. (Yep, Jones is literally phoning in his performance.) It wouldn’t be hard for Jake to become just an unheard voice on the other end of the phone, someone often referred to but never seen, like Vera on Cheers, Maris on Frasier, or Stan on Will & Grace. If everyone involved in Men, both in front of and behind the camera, wants to save face, this might be the way to do it.

As Lindsay Lohan faces four fresh criminal charges, even former foes are rooting for the oft-troubled actress.
The Liz & Dick star was charged with a total of four misdemeanors on Thursday. Lohan was arrested for third-degree assault after an alleged altercation with a fellow female patron — who has been identified as Tiffany Eve Mitchell, 28, of West Palm Beach, Fla. — at Avenue nightclub in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York City. And following her late-night run-in with the law, the actress racked up three more charges in connection to her June car crash on Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica, Calif.
In light of her latest legal woes, Lohan’s probation status hangs in the balance. As mother Dina Lohan stands by her embattled daughter, Lohan’s one-time adversary Francesca Eastwood is sharing words of support for the actress.
“She’s really talented,” the E! reality star told Celebuzz after she was named Miss Golden Globe 2013 by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. “Don’t waste the talent.”
Lohan infamously hit headlines in August after causing a scene at Eastwood’s 19th birthday bash at Hollywood hot spot Bootsy Bellows. As the Mrs. Eastwood & Company star celebrated with pals and photographer boyfriend Tyler Shields in a private seating area, Lohan reportedly stormed the soiree, shouting, “I’m a star, she’s a nobody, get her out of her,” according to Us Weekly.
Eastwood took the high road in the aftermath, though. “Regardless, I still had an amazing birthday,” she told E! News. “Parent Trap is still my favorite movie.”
Now Eastwood is preparing to step into the spotlight as the newly-christened Miss Golden Globe. “I’m excited. I’m proud,” she gushed at a Globe’s party held Thursday at Cecconi’s in West Hollywood. “I can’t wait to go up there.”
After receiving word that she landed the coveted Globe’s gig, she was quick to share the news with her famous parents — actor-filmmaker Clint Eastwood and actress Frances Fisher. “I called them immediately when I found out I was offered and chosen to be Miss Golden Globe. And he said, ‘Ya know, I think that’s a really good idea.’ He’s really supportive.”
Eastwood admitted she has some anxieties about stepping into the role for January awards show. “I’m just going to make sure that I can commit to my [heels] for the whole night,” she said. “I’m nervous about falling, but that’s about it.” But she has the perfect mentor to prep her: “My older sister was Miss Golden Globe in 2005, so I’ll definitely be calling her and asking her what it was like.”
The 70th Golden Globe Awards will be broadcast live from the Beverly Hilton on NBC on Sunday, Jan. 13, at 8 p.m. ET, 5 p.m. PT.

Two and a Half Men may be adding a super-famous woman to its cast.
Sources from the set of the top-rated CBS sitcom tell Celebuzz exclusively that Miley Cyrus is being eyed as a potential replacement for Angus T. Jones after the actor openly called the show “filth” on YouTube.
“There are talks to replace Angus and the perfect person would be Miley Cyrus,” the insider revealed. “The episodes that she appeared on brought in the highest ratings of the season. One possibility is that she could easily be written into the show to go to college.”
Cyrus earned rave reviews for her two-episode gig on the show, in which she played Missi, the daughter of a friend of Walden’s (Ashton Kutcher) who has a brief romance with Jake (Jones).
Those who worked with her on set, including Kutcher, were especially impressed by her work ethic, which will only work in Cyrus’ favor, according to the insider.
“When she was on set she, was pleasant and very enjoyable to work with,” they said. “She won everyone over. Now the whispers are growing louder. People involved in the show want Miley to replace Angus.”
On Monday, a video in which Jones urged fans to stop watching Two and a Half Men, went viral on YouTube, saddling the Emmy-winning comedy with yet another behind-the-scenes controversy.
“I’m on Two and a Half Men, and I don’t want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth,” he said in a religious testimonial for the website Forerunner Chronicles.
“People say it’s just entertainment,” the 19-year-old, who has since apologized for his remarks, continued. “Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you, you’ll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch on the television. It’s bad news.”
The rant was eerily similar to the disparaging comments Charlie Sheen made about the show and its creator, Chuck Lorre, in 2011, which led him to be fired and replaced by Kutcher shortly after.
Now, insiders say that production has been thrown out of whack, leaving Jones’ future with the show in jeopardy.
“Production staff has been scrambling after his recent antics were publicized against the show,” another insider said of Jones, who isn’t scheduled to appear in an episode that tapes this week. “Everyone was nervous and upset not knowing what would happen next.”

Talk about a coincidence.
Bobbi Kristina Brown and Nick Gordon were both listening to the same Whitney Houston song — “I Look To You” – when they were involved in separate car incidents on the same day, both are telling family and friends.
“A Whitney Houston song came on the radio and Nick said he just went into panic mode and his foot just went down on the accelerator,” Nick’s grandmother, Maxine Gordon, told Celebuzz.
Likewise, Maxine said, “Bobbi Kristina had been listening to ‘I Look To You’ when she was driving.”
The daughter of the late diva, 19, was cited by police in a suburb of Atlanta after her car veered off the road, down an embankment and hit a few trees before finally coming to a stop.
Miraculously, Bobbi Kristina was uninjured.
Gordon, 23, was arrested for reckless driving and speeding after he was clocked driving at 82 mph in a 35 mph residential zone on the Northpoint Parkway on Wednesday night.
According to TMZ, Gordon has been charged with reckless driving.
But “he wasn’t driving reckless,” his grandmother vowed.
Hours before, a good Samaritan called 911 after they spotted Bobbi Kristina standing in an embankment beside her own totaled her Chevrolet Camaro near the Georgia home that she currently shares with Gordon, her “adopted” brother and costar of their reality show, The Houstons: On Our Own.
She tweeted on about the incident saying that her “personal guardian angel” was looking over her and that she was unharmed.
According to reports, Bobbi Kristina broke up with her fiancé Gordon before their crashes.
The publicly affectionate couple never officially confirmed their engagement, but a series of tweets from the two sibling-lovers have insinuated that the relationship is over.
“They’re going to do something to help themselves now and seek some help,” Maxine added.
The grandmother said she believes that the controversial young couple are still struggling to come to terms with famous singer Houston’s unexpected death, at age 48, in Los Angeles at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Feb. 11.
“They’re still emotional and both really miss Whitney and love her very much,” she said.
“Sometimes you need to hit a cement wall (in life). I mean, he could have killed somebody. Nick is a kind person, but he’s lost and so is Bobbi Kristina.
“When Whitney was here, they were good for each other. But now they’re not… He felt that love for her and she leaned on him for comfort. I guess that’s the way the cookie crumbles sometimes.”
